Metropolis Patterson Transmission crankset from FSA

FSA showed a new internal 2spd crankset at SeaOtter.  Sorta like the Hammerschmit, but with no need for ISCG tabs, makes it more available to the rest of us.  And at a proposed $299 price tag, a little more affordable.  Note that it is installed on a Surly Travelers Check and a Salsa Fargo, showing its use in the touring/adventure and commuter market.  Now if they would only quote a release date.  More info HERE and HERE
